They say u get what u pay for & u certainly do.
You will not be disappointed at Little Gables, attention to detail is
paid to everything
and the decor of the rooms is very modern and welcoming, with lots of
nice little touches.
The breakfast is gorgeous and plenty of variety - fresh fruit, cereals
& yoghurt
to start with if you wish followed by cooked breakfast.
All staff are nice and helpful, wanting to make your stay as good as
possible.
Little Gables itself is in a village only 20 mins from Oxford and close
to many
other areas of interest.
Thank you very much to Paul and his staff, we would definitely recommend
to others and hope to return in the future.

A really great B&B - has the feel of a spa hotel! Just a
shame we
didn't spend more time
actually in our rooms! Very comfy bed, loads of great little touches
(really like the fridge outside our room - and the homemade shortbread)
- best breakfast
we've had in a B&B too (pass on our thanks to the mexican
chickens!).
Would recommend you to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This is the most
amazingly fantastic B&B in Britain! I've
stayed in several 5* hotels
around the globe but nothing compares to the lovely experience of
staying
at Little Gables. I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly
handshake and was
taken to a stylish and modern room which was spotless clean and tidy.
The room
offered every comfort you need to have a pleasant stay.
Breakfast is of great quality - cooked right there, at the time you
want it,
using fresh ingredients and loads of care. I paid £60 for 1 night
but it was all worth it!

A very enjoyable
overnight stay. Plenty of parking room, and a
friendly welcome.
We liked the little extras, such as the simnel cake and chocolates.
The room was quiet and very comfortable. There was plenty of choice for
breakfast.
We appreciated the trouble Paul took to provide travel information for
our day's walking.
We would happily recommend Little Gables for B & B accommodation in
the Wallingford area.

Hallo Paul,
wir durften im Herbst 2010 eine tolle Woche bei dir verbringen. Und, es
vergeht kaum ein Tag, an dem wir nicht in schönen Erinnerungen
schwelgen.
Selbst unsere Kinder waren vom Urlaub, von Little Gables, von Dir und
deiner
Gastfreundschaft, von Land und Leute begeistert. Ok, es war kein
Erholungsurlaub, denn dafür
wollten wir viel sehen und haben wir viel gesehen. Aber, in Little
Gables konnten wir jeder Zeit
wieder neue Kraft schöpfen, für neue Ausflüge. Danke

value.
Excellent attention to detail.
I stayed on my own here for 4
nights while attending a course
close by.
I felt safe, comfortable and taken care of. The house is very
clean, really nicely
decorated/furnished and comfortable. There is a lovely attention to
detail in everything
making it a real home from home. I appreciated being welcomed with
coffee
and cake, the well stocked mini bar, internet access, the superb
breakfast and
the comfortable bedroom with modern en suite.
I am planning to return when next in the area. Highly recommended.
